Isn’t it nice when you come across sensible, common sense thinking? Well the “Fuelcard Company” has announced that their “Keyfuels” fuel card is going to be accepted as a method of payment on the M6 Toll.
We all know what a pain toll roads are, and finding change or rooting around for cash to pay the Toll’s is a real inconvenience and not only that, the driver has to get a receipt then pass it through accounts or claim it on their expenses when they get back to their office and that’s time consuming.
Well the Fuelcard Companies new system, will allow drivers to simply swipe their fuel card, whilst administratively, card holders will get just one invoice, which includes both the fuel used and the costs of any toll charges, “simples” as they say.
Of interest, the 27 mile long M6 Toll sees 45,000 vehicles during the working week
Surely this will be just the first of such partnerships.
