If you are replacing a vehicle on lease with us already then we can offer extensions at no increased monthly cost until the situation changes.
My lease is coming up, what options do I have?
You can hand your vehicle at one of our service sites in Norwich where it will have an inspection to normal BVRLA Wear & Tear return standards. Our service team will be following social distancing measures other protocols to keep both you and them safe. We can offer an extension to your lease term on a rolling basis and we can offer the vehicle for purchase in some circumstances. Please make contact to discuss your options.
I have been affected by Covid-19 and cannot afford my lease payments?
The Finance and Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced a package of measures to directly support consumers (not business) facing payment difficulties directly due to Covid-19. The FCA expects us to offer assistance that meets the consumers’ needs who are having temporary difficulties meeting leasing payments. If consumers are experiencing temporary financial difficulties due to coronavirus, the FCA also expects us to not take steps to end the agreement or repossess the vehicle. Please make contact to discuss your particular circumstances.
